It also is essential to our immunity and intestinal health, whether it comes from consuming protein-rich food, having Whey Protein or Whey Isolate shakes, or taking a Glutamine supplement. Here are some groups of people who may benefit from Glutamine supplementation:

Tired or fatigued? There's some evidence to show that glutamine supplements may decrease muscle soreness and improve recovery after exercise.
Leaky gut or irritable bowel syndrome (IBS)? Research shows that Glutamine helps maintain the barrier between the intestines and the rest of your body.

SUGGESTED USE

A conservative dose of L-Glutamine is 5 grams per day, but up to three serves per day is considered a safe dose.

Side effects and warnings:
